Mike Hardy

President & CEO

A 20-year veteran of the web-based technology industry, Mike has spent 10 of those years with TOPS Software. After taking over as TOPS CEO in 2013, he set out to reinvent his father’s 30-year old company.

Mike has traveled around the country meeting with community management company executives, industry leaders and technology partners, learning first-hand about the challenges facing the industry and coming up with innovative strategies for meeting those challenges.

A Radford University alumnus and busy father of four children, Mike is fiercely dedicated to creating solutions that will give you the freedom to achieve a successful balance between business and home life.

Tim Vollman

Chief Operating Officer

With 25 years of experience under his belt, Tim is an enterprise software leadership savant and a recognized expert in his field. With a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami of Ohio, and a patent-pending application for software development, Tim has an unparalleled passion for bringing SaaS technology to the HOA sector. He’s also a pretty talented guitar player!

Kevin Hardy

Chief Technology Officer

The youngest of the Hardy men, Kevin is the driving force behind the development of all TOPS products. Having spearheaded the development of TOPS iQ and other breakthrough software, he’s been instrumental in expanding the reach of his father’s brainchild. A father to one lovely daughter, he makes music in his spare time and even keeps a guitar in the development suite for jam session breaks to keep the creative juices flowing with his team.

Christian Spoerl

Director of Marketing

Christian brings over 15 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing to the TOPS team. His successful campaigns for national brands such as Experian are a testament to his creativity and insight. Christian enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three young children. In his downtime he’s an avid curator of film and pop culture memorabilia.

Teri Perez

Vice President of Business Development

Teri is a father of four and a Flint, Michigan native. Instrumental in launching the TOPS/Trapp platform, he’s dedicated the last 10 years at TOPS to overseeing an award-winning Client Services department and taking a personal interest in every client-facing detail of the business. His love for all things geek is only rivaled by his love for the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns. Of course, his love for family, TOPS family included, truly reigns supreme in his book.

Sam Cloutier

Director of IT

Sam has been a key player at TOPS for ten years. As our Director of Information Technology, this St. Pete College alum prides himself on integrity and authenticity. He’s spent his life instilling these traits into the people he’s mentored, and he breathes them into TOPS every day. When he’s not busy ensuring the technological success of the company, he’s out on a pair of jet skis enjoying the water and fresh air!

Tom Loos

Sales Development Manager

Tom Loos, an avid Tampa Bay Lightning fan and proud grandfather, has more than 30 years of sales experience. As a former Board President for his condo association, he has a unique perspective of challenges faced by TOPS clientele and leverages this knowledge to offer the best solution to managers everywhere.

Andrea Meyer-Hardy

Director of Customer Success

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, as well as a myriad of Community Management titles (like AMS®, PCAM®, and CMCA), Andrea is the best in the business when it comes to keeping users of our TOPS [ONE] software thriving and successful. As a mother in a blended family with four children, she values empathy, kindness, and respect – essential qualities in her professional role as well. In her spare time, you can find her playing puzzle games on her phone.

Brianna Sturm

Culture Manager

Among Brianna’s laundry list of job titles—birth doula, yoga instructor, and business owner, to name a few—is her important role as TOPS Software’s Culture Manager. The WVU grad keeps a finger on the pulse of the company to ensure a positive work environment and a winning attitude among all TOPS employees. Her passion for women’s rights and environmental sustainability drives her to make sure everyone at TOPS feels like they’re part of one big happy (green) family.

Robin Rangel

Director of Financial Services

Robin is an accounting aficionado. An accounting grad from Saddleback College with a background in the banking industry, she dove into Community Association Accounting and now has nearly 40 years of experience in the industry. The sole founder of Mission Association Financial Management, she brought together a dedicated team who will now exclusively serve TOPS [ONE] clients. When she’s not crunching numbers and making lives easier, she’s adding to her delightfully extensive collection of rubber ducks.

Billy Ramsay

Vice President of Finance

Billy has over 18 years experience in finance and accounting. After receiving degrees in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University, he spent 9 years practicing as a CPA in public accounting. Prior to joining TOPS, he held various leadership roles in companies both privately held and publicly traded. When they are not juggling work and three kids, Billy and his wife Marsha enjoy going to concerts.

Javier Muniz

Vice President of Engineering

Javier is an executive with 21 years of experience, specializing in technology leadership and has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. He also has a passion for real estate and real estate investing. A former competitive skydiver and world record holder, Javier now enjoys snowboarding, sailing, and cooking.
